AGL switched me to a higher tariff without my consent. My bill went up $180 per month. I have a call recording as proof.

Official response from AGL Energy

We reviewed this account and the call recording. We acknowledge the plan change was not adequately explained and did not meet our consent standards. We have reversed the plan change and applied a $360 credit. We apologise.

Telco - Anonymous, NSW - Company disputes accuracy
Disputed

Optus charged me $340 in international roaming I did not activate. I was in Sydney the entire time and have location data to prove it.

Optus response - disputing accuracy

Our records indicate the roaming charges were generated by a device associated with this account. We have offered to investigate further if the customer contacts our Billing Resolution Team directly. We stand by the validity of these charges pending further evidence.
